Not that we actually doubted that this mysterious Atlanta home was made of six (6) 40HC ISBU’s but since there was no “official” information, and even incorrect information posted by some websites. Obviously we were quite reluctant to say anything for sure.
Way back in March of this year we posted these Flickr photos of the Atlanta shipping container home, but stated we didn’t know for sure if they really were shipping containers or simply Flat Packs.
Well today one of our own ISBA Members told us, “…and by the way, yes, those really are shipping containers. Our company sold them to the contractor in Atlanta”.
So we thank John Stangel of the Container-It office in Georgia for solving the mystery. …so quickly. :) Container-It is the Maersk container agency for North America.
