Here are some interesting resources and information regarding ISBU and Shipping
Container homes and offices:

Our original Resources in 2006 who's experience and information has led to our formation of the 
ISBU Association. The UK and Netherlands remain key players in ISBU innovation, use and project
construction globally from 1996-2008

- Global Peace Containers- Atlanta, GA, USA and GPC International
     Professor Richard Martin formed the first University course on Shipping Container Housing at the
     Georgia Tech University in 1996. His vision spawned the global use of ISBU shipping containers 
     by architects, artists, and contractors in the U.S. and abroad for housing and construction. Later, 
     in 2000, Professor Martin also organized the well known Global Peace Containers organization and 
     built their first school project in Jamaica.
- Buro Happold- UK, Globally
     These are the structural engineers who are a key resource for many new and recycled ISBU
     projects in Europe. They are the knowledge behind Container City, Urban Space Management, 
     Nomadic Museum, Verbus Systems, and more.
- Urban Space Management- UK
     Container City and many other projects in the UK
- Tempo Housing- Netherlands, China
     Recyclable ISBU housing Keetwonen student housing, and much more in Amsterdam and Europe
