This is just an old LOT-EK vid, but we think the ideas have some
merit anyway.  ...keep your first projects small.

COMMENTARY-
Many of our readers and Members have asked why the don't see
the LOT-EK modular homes anywhere. ??

It's quite simple.  People like to look at the unique designs, but
no one really wants to live in one, and Zoning ordinances won't
allow in most cities and countries.

Get realistic.  ...use the ISBU as the strong, easy-to-use base it is,
then finish the exterior as a normal home design.  These normal
ISBU shipping container structures are getting much, much more
acceptance and trendy interest.

LOT-EK seem to be a bit stuck in the Modern Art world and not
in reality and consumer acceptance.
